I was in the habit of turning down the temperature if we were gone for an extended period of time and had recently done so – but neglected to turn it back to normal. With what I thought was a hot water tank that was not heating up very much I assumed its life was over. Well, Jason from your company comes to replace our hot water tank. He asks my wife why we are replacing it? He then suggests to her that everything seems to be functioning fine with the exception of the temperature being turned down low.
