Journeyman Plumber/ Project Site Lead $35/HR+
(APPRENTICES also required)
This is an excellent position for the candidate who is more advanced than a journeyman plumber and is not quite (or may not want to be) a fully applied foreman for work on small to midsized commercial plumbing jobs in the lower mainland. (NO REPETITIVE TOWER WORK)

knowledge in only a few tasks.

This job would be ideal for the candidate that:
Is a plumbing journeyman and can take care of a relatively simple job involving things such as:
Supervising 2 or 3 plumbers
Understanding the plumbing scope of work, plumbing drawings, and plumbing specifications
Having a basic understanding of associated heating and mechanical contracting work
Being cost conscious (labour hours and material costs)
Communicating to the office of any changes/ issues on the jobs.
Communicating with office staff, clients, vendors, and inspectors
Has worked on projects such as:
Is able and willing to do paperwork like:
Extra work orders
Job closeout documentation/deficiencies
Willing to learn
